Some of the major improvements include:

- Use templates to aid in logging and routing calls.
- Searching & reporting utilities are improved, faster and easier.
- Consolidated reporting for multi-site customers (search against multiple Sold-to IDs simultaneously).
- Export search results to a local file with a choice of spreadsheet or delimited formats.
- Improved Localization support.
