The Siemens PLM Software Newsgroups give you access to our BBS and Open Forum News Servers. The BBS requires a WebKey account. If you do NOT have a WebKey account, you can still access the Student Edition newsgroups using any news client. If you are running Windows use the URL news://openforum.ugs.com to invoke the Outlook Express news client, and add the openforum.ugs.com news server into your configuration.
