UGS PLM has never been responsible for support of the Library, 
and an official-looking disclaimer has finally been added:
  EDS_PLM_Disclaimer.html

There were many edits related to the Librarian's new contact
information. These were in GRIP source he had written over the
years and HTML files that indicate how to contact the Librarian.
