From any browser, enter the following URL (please note the news:// in front);
news://dnews.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/misc.news
This will start Windows Live Mail as long as you are running Windows 7. The dnews.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com news server will be automatically entered into your Windows Live Mail configuration. Right click on the dnews.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com news server and click on properties.
From the "General" tab, enter your Name, Organization, E-Mail address, and Reply address;
Select the "Server" tab, make sure the "This server requires me to log on" box is checked, and enter your Webkey username and password.
Click on OK to save these settings.
Click on the Newsgroups menu, and "Reset List" to load all the newsgroups;
Double click on any of the newsgroups to subscribe.
For additional help, click on the "?" icon in the upper right. To read any subscribed newsgroup, just click on the newsgroup:
NOTE: Attachments are NOT supported when using a news client (like Outlook Express). To post a message with an attachment, please use the http://bbs.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/vbulletin interface to the BBS.
