Clears RoutingSlip and Accelerator objects. For CommandBar objects, returns the built-in command bar to a default configuration.

If the RoutingSlip status is igRouteComplete, then the routing slip data remains after being reset, but with the current recipient as the originator; the status is reset to igNotYetRouted. All additional data from the slip is cleared.
